Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Lilo: Study Timer & Challenges ("Lilo", "the app"), operated by Pado Apps ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Lilo is a productivity and study app providing a focus timer, a study planner, study statistics, streaks, and social features such as study challenges, rankings and activity feeds with friends.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
One account per person; keep your credentials confidential and do not share them.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use and fair play

Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to the service or interfere with other users.
Do not artificially inflate study time, manipulate challenges or rankings, or otherwise falsify study data. We may remove affected data, adjust rankings and streaks, or suspend accounts to keep the experience fair for everyone.

5. Your content

You are responsible for content you add to Lilo (such as usernames, avatars, challenge names, comments and reactions). Do not post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights. By posting, you grant us the right to display that content within the service. We may moderate or remove content and provide blocking and reporting tools.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
Refunds are governed by the store's policies.

7. Study data

The app stores your study progress and preferences. We may adjust or reset progress data where necessary for technical, fairness or operational reasons.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in Lilo, including trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property, belong to Pado Apps. You may not copy or modify the app, extract its source code, create derivative works, or use our content commercially without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pado Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes and termination

We may modify the service or these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
