I forgot my Lilo password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen tap Forgot password and enter your email. You will get a reset link; open it on the same phone and choose a new password. Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Lilo app login: how to sign in
There is no web login for Lilo. You sign in inside the app on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone, and your study sessions, streaks, friends and challenges follow you across devices.
Where do I log in to Lilo?
Lilo is a mobile study timer, so the login screen lives in the app itself. Open Lilo, tap Log in, and use the email and password you signed up with, or continue with Apple or Google if that is how you created the account. If you do not have the app yet, download it free from the App Store or Google Play first.
Logging in on a new phone restores everything tied to your account: total study time, streak, level and XP, friends, rankings and active challenges. Sessions you ran while offline are uploaded the next time you are online.

Open the Lilo app
On iPhone, iPad or Android. If it is not installed, get it from the App Store or Google Play.

Tap Log in
Choose email and password, or Sign in with Apple / Google if you created your account that way.

Check your profile
Your streak, friends and challenges appear right away. If something is missing, make sure you used the same email as before.

Can I log in to Lilo on a computer or in a browser?
No. Lilo is available only as an iOS and Android app, and there is no web version or PC login. Use your phone or tablet.
I deleted my account. Can I get it back?
Yes, for a limited time. Log in with the same email and the app offers to restore your account with its history. If the option does not appear, contact us from the Contact page.
The app logged me out by itself. What should I do?
Just log in again with the same email; nothing is lost. If this keeps happening, update Lilo to the latest version from the store and check that your phone's date and time are set automatically.
Which email did I use to sign up?
Try the email linked to your Apple ID or Google account first, then any other address you use. Searching your inbox for Lilo will show the welcome or verification email.
